As set forth in the General Business Conditions, Connect Globe provides services to persons who join Connect Globe or SMS Genie as non-paying Members or paying Users (“Members” or “Users” or “you”). As part of the registration process for the Services, you are asked to provide certain personal information. The policy of SMS Genie is to protect the privacy of SMS Genie Members who are using any of the SMS Genie Services.
SMS Genie or Connect Globe may send Users periodic emails containing information about SMS Genie or Connect Globe , administrative notices about a User’s account (such as notices about pending activities), updates on new Service features, usage tips relating to the Services and user satisfaction questions. Connect Globe or SMS Genie may also access user information for the following administrative purposes:
(a) to examine system accounting logs and other company records to resolve email and other system errors or problems
(b) for billing purposes.
SMS Genie provides you access to your Profile information for the purpose of reviewing and/or updating such information. In order to view or make any changes to your Profile, go to the home page, log into your account address and click on Profile to update your directory information or you may also ask the customer support team.
Connect Globe /SMS Genie is concerned about protecting User Information and therefore we work to protect this information by utilizing all appropriate technology to prevent unauthorized access to the information you provide. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online.

REFUND POLICY
All sales once made are Non-refundable. Only in case where Connect Globe or SMS Genie declare they are not able to provide service from their end, SMS Genie or Connect Globe , may provide alternate solution, compensate or refund full or partial (in case where ever applicable) amount to user, member.
In case your account is blacklisted, blocked, banned or found misusing the service and product or in any kind of arbitration the credit, account may be blocked, restricted access may be freeze or account may forfeit on account of payment not received etc. Kindly do not ask refund or claims for above mentioned activities or un-used credit or un-service and parts thereof .As most of the products are associated with 3rd party solutions; it may not be possible to provide any sort of credit or refunds.
Refund under the Money Back Guarantee:

If you are not satisfied with SMS Genie services and products, you may request for refund with-in 7 days of receipt of payment via email to us or your account manager or a mechanism specified specifically to process your refund. We shall send you an approval Email to your registered email address, amount for all the remaining credits in your account rounded off to nearest Decimal will be transferred to your bank account. Cancellation of service:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS POLICY
These SMS Genie or Connect Globe Terms of Service are an agreement between SMS Genie or Connect Globe (or, if applicable based on where you live, one of its affiliates) and you.
BY SUBSCRIBING TO SMS Genie or Connect Globe, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS SERVICE AND THE ADDITIONAL TERMS, AS MODIFIED FROM TIME TO TIME. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service and the Additional Terms do not subscribe to or use the SMS Genie or Connect Globe services.
SMS Genie or Connect Globe is a Text Messaging application by Connect Globe, offering group messaging, where users can send information to all the group members in one go much cheaper than Mobile messaging. It also provides facility to purchase a reply number (Short code). User’s contact group can reply back to messages and user can access and download these replies through their SMS Genie or Connect Globe account. Users can also set sender name with these messages. (Herein after referred to “Services”) which are provided by SMS Genie or Connect Globe, its affiliates or third party service providers.
The services will be collectively referred to in these Terms of service as “SMS Genie or Connect Globe”, “we”, “us”, or “our”. “You” and “Your” means You, Your Company, Your employees, and anyone who has access to use your SMS Genie or Connect Globe account. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to subscribe to and use any SMS Genie or Connect Globe service or product or any other eligible age as specified under the laws of the country.
SMS Genie or Connect Globe is offered to you on the condition that you accept these Terms of Service and the Additional Terms without modification. You agree to familiarize Yourself with, and to regularly review, the Terms of Service, the Additional Terms, and other terms and guidelines found throughout SMS Genie or Connect Globe and abide by them if You choose to use the sites, or accept the, services or benefits, to which such terms apply. SMS Genie or Connect Globe reserves the right to change any of the Terms of Service and any Additional Terms at any time without notice. If SMS Genie or Connect Globe makes a material change to the Terms of Service, SMS Genie or Connect Globe will give you notice by email at the email address which you use as your user ID for Your SMS Genie or Connect Globe account before such change is scheduled to take effect. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by SMS Genie or Connect Globe. In addition to your registration information and other information about you is subject to our Privacy Statement.
Terms of use
Upon your registration your password shall be send to your email account as given at the time of registration. SMS Genie or Connect Globe shall filter the message sent by you if the words are offensive and are in the list of non-conformity of words of SMS Genie or Connect Globe.
Your Warranties

SMS Genie or Connect Globe may terminate your account, your access to SMS Genie or Connect Globe or any of your SMS Genie or Connect Globe services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice or upon receipt of any instruction/direction from the Government or any Statutory Authority. Change in Commercials
The Commercials agreed with you are subject to change/modification from time to time depending on the change in commercials offered by Network Operator(s). Such changes shall be communicated to the registered e-mail ID with SMS Genie or Connect Globe or the same shall be communicated on the home page of SMS Genie or Connect Globe website. Price change or hike in Tariff due to operator charges, Govt Tax and other levies etc. would be applicable to all. By using our services you agree to abide them and pay the difference if any.

Links (if any) within the SMS Genie or Connect Globe web site may let you leave the SMS Genie or Connect Globe site. Ownership of Materials

You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account information (including password(s) and user name(s) issued to you) and for any use or misuse of your account or SMS Genie or Connect Globe resulting from any third party using a password or user name issued to you. You agree to notify SMS Genie or Connect Globe immediately of any known or suspected unauthorized access to or use of your account, your password, the password of any individual user to whom you have issued a login ID or any other breach of security or misuse of SMS Genie or Connect Globe known to or suspected by you. You may change your password at any time by following instructions on the SMS Genie or Connect Globe Web site.
You hereby authorize SMS Genie or Connect Globe to rely on any data, notice, instruction or request furnished by you to SMS Genie or Connect Globe, or that SMS Genie or Connect Globe reasonably believes to have been furnished by you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and monitoring usage of your account. SMS Genie or Connect Globe is not responsible for fraud of participants or of other users of your account.
Your Customer Data
SMS Genie or Connect Globe will only use your customer data in accordance with the privacy policy.
LEGAL POLICY
These Terms of Service and the Additional Terms are governed by the laws of the India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the SMS Genie or Connect Globe Services or SMS Genie or Connect Globe. You agree not to represent yourself to be a representative, agent, or employee of SMS Genie or Connect Globe and that SMS Genie or Connect Globe will not be liable by reason of any representation, act or omission to act by you. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SMS Genie or Connect Globe as a result of these Terms or Service or use of SMS Genie or Connect Globe.
SMS Genie or Connect Globe’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in these Terms of Service are in derogation of SMS Genie or Connect Globe’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the SMS Genie or Connect Globe Network or information provided to or gathered by SMS Genie or Connect Globe with respect to such use.
If any part of these Terms of Service or the Additional Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms of Service and the Additional Terms shall continue in effect.

From time to time, SMS Genie runs several promotions for the entire/part of SMS Genie users or for the entire/selected products/services within SMS Genie.
These promotions may include discounts, contests, cash-back offers, bargains, benefits or any other offer as decided by SMS Genie on its products/services.
SMS Genie also runs promotions/offers targeted at certain segments of SMS Genie clients, which may not be offered to the entire base of SMS Genie users.
Eligibility criteria for inclusion of SMS Genie users in these promotions vary from time to time.
Service and Account Activation: Delivery of Connect Globe’s Products.
After receipt of payment, you shall receive a confirmation email from the Payment Gateway. In case of Payment at Bank you shall receive a confirmation email from us. All the requests for new account creation, top-up, and add-on are dealt with a priority .The Expected time of delivery (service activation) is 24 hours after confirmation of receipt of full payment during routine working hours from 9.30 AM -6.30 PM . All the requests received after service hours will be dealt on the next working day. The Login details with User ID and Password shall be sent by email ID registered with us.
ANTI-SPAM AND ANTI-ABUSE POLICIES
We do not allow in any case using our services and products for direct and in-direct any mode of SPAM and abusing activities. Adhering to legal and social laws of different countries depending on the serving country [to or from where service is rendered], we take strict actions. In case you want to report such an event for one of our user, kindly mail us your complaints with documented evidence such that we can take strict actions on the same. We Follow CAN-SPAM act of the US and other nations. So kindly be advised, to check before you sign-up. SPAM or abuse to Connect Globe, its resources or any third party via using Connect Globe and its products and services is not allowed and legal actions could be taken to recover costs and damages arising out of this.
